We went for a little walk with my friend R. and Gina
to my favourite place even though it was pouring it down,
but the plan was to do a little
bit of everything (or most one can manage) we’d like to do in the new year.
So there was good food, some writing, reading, walking, friendly chats,
cleaning & sorting and some work too – and, of course – taking pictures.
Gina spent the day mostly sleeping and getting all mucky outside.

I was too lazy to go out in Paris with this ugly weather, so I stayed at home. Kind of a regular Sunday, after all.

Wonderful photos, lovely to look at and remember what it is like to celebrate the holidays in cold weather :)
Our New Year Day was spent taking a long walk in the neighborhood and coming home when it got too hot ~

Happy new year! The photos are very beautiful. I like the prospect of the first photo.
At 1.1. I unfortunately had to work at five thirty in the morning:). But we all had fun together. Even though we were tired. And in the afternoon I was with my family, we drank coffee, ate cake and talked.

I wanted to be so lazy … so I was : staying in bed all morning reading my book then watched the Vienna concert live on TV very loud, I managed to have a shower and get dressed by 15:30 and went to meet my mum for a walk and tea and galette des rois :)

I spent new years day on a plan with my cat… not the best way to spend time on a plane, but I found it lovely because I always think and plan a lot on planes. What better way to spend the start of the new year, planning for the rest of it!
